A "Vectorious" Vacation Trip
3 families who were there during our stay (May 17 - 31st) insisted on being moved to an alternative hotel, 5 people had steriod jabs for mosquito and flea bites and one poor bloke was absolutely covered in red blotches caused by something that even the local doctor couldn't identify.
Or perhaps wouldn't identify?

25% of Cubans Laid Off
is spread by mosquito bites?
More Tourist Suckers
The orange "juice" was actually tang.
It's raining on the Castro boy's revolution. The hurricane season has just begun with ominous signs. If it's a bad one houses will collapse and Cubans will be homeless. It's what happens when the wealth of a nation is squandered to buy bombs for the Manson-like delusion of world domination by the Castro boys.

Despite the junta's best efforts, it is clear now that I was right from the very beginning. During Fidel's operation last summer he had a stroke that cut off the supply of blood to his brain. He suffered brain damage and is now enfeebled with the mental capacity of perhaps a three or four year old. The pain killers he is given do not add to his IQ either. In fact the regime uses drug to control Fidel's behavior. When the regime made the announcement last year of the "transition" Fidel had not yet even developed the infection which he battled for months, perhaps even till today. No - the reason they made the announcement in July was because his doctors knew he suffered a stroke. They realized at that moment that Fidel could no longer be the spokesperson and leader of the Caribbean Cult of Collectivist Stupidity. To further their charade they show Fidel allegedly speaking with several foreign diplomats - none of which who speak Spanish and must rely on a Cuban interpreter to "interpret" what Fidel has supposedly just said. Notice how Fidel's eyes dart back and forth now as if he is searching for some boogie man in the background. Why the sudden paranoia jefe?
So Cubanos know this fact. You will never again witness Fidel Castro speaking live in public ever again. The junta will continue to dub video of current and old material. The regime will continue releasing doctored pictures and purported writings of Fidel. But Fidel can no longer read and write. It's doubtful whether he can even attend to his toiletry needs and other personal hygene.
What does all this mean for the cause of a free Cuba? It shows that the Cuban people are still being lied to and treated like the children of abusive parents. The junta is so chicken-shit about facing 11 million tired, angry, hungry Cubans without their front-man Fidel that they will do anything to act as if he is still at the helm. So get on the phone. Write to family in Cuba. Start tapping out text massages. Tell them Fidel has had a stroke and is now emotionally a child. Remind them that everything has been a lie with Fidel's life and he will eventually die surrounded by deceit. And scream bloody murder about how easily the big mainstream media muckity-mucks were suckered since last summer breathlessly publishing all the phony Fidel reports. In Matt Lauer's case he thinks it been almost two years now since Fidel fell down and couldn't get up. If it's any consolation to you Matty it seems like ten years since last summer for Cubans.

One Stupid Newsman
Sure Cubanos... It's aggravating to hear Matt Lauer say things like the US has a "blockade" against Cuba, that all Cubans have "health care" and that there is "no tax" in Cuba. These ridiculous assertions would be laughable if the situation was not so grave. Matty made the choice to only believe what he was told by the Cuban government and did not even bother to Google his sources and discussion topics. Would he have done so he'd discover that the two main things blockaded in Cuba are personal freedom and the thinking of supporters of the regime like Matty. He could have easily read enough personal testimonials and seen enough visual evidence of stone age medicine like using cardboard box staples to hold together operative incisions instead of stitches, that Matty could have been without doubt that health care in Cuba is the biggest lie since Hitler is building a village for the Jews. As for tax...let me tell you how it is Matty boy. There are two kinds of stores in Cuba, Matty. One is a store where only hard currency is allowed. In this store, where any consumer good can be bought, Raul Castro charges at least a 20% tax to use foreign currency - and that's before he charges you a premium for the soap or other consumer goods. Or Cubans can go to the peso store where consumer goods are neither expensive nor available.
Matty since it's obvious you know very little about Cuba, you should have done nothing like going there and helping the Castro boys to continue spreading lies. But the truth is, the truth always emerges eventually. When it does my fellow Cubans and I will remind you everyday how stupid you were for being duped by Castro. After you're dead we will make certain that history remembers how evil the Castro regime was and how stupid you were to believe him. Matty, your name will become an adjective as in: "That reporter sure got lauered." Meaning another wanna-be journalist got duped instead of being professional and triple checking his sources.
Castro gave Matty a right good lauering, aye?

I figure this is the place to unload my unfavorable impressions of Cuba:
The cops are totally racist in Cuba. I was traveling with my whitish girlfriend, and a very black English friend. Havana cops were purely racist. I was the only Spanish speaker of the three of us, and had to explain left and right that he wasn't Cuban. We went to Vinales, and they wouldn't rent us a room as a threesome, because he was a "nigger." Cuba is clearly a racial paradise. Fuck's sakes, even Puerto Rico is more racially enlightened than Cuba. Whatever. Don't bother traveling interracially in Cuba, because the cops there are about as racist as they come. Cuba was a lot of fun, but only for white tourists.
From a Tourist Chat Board
Many people like Matt Liar will tell our Cuban brothers and sisters what we Cuban exiles will do to our countrymen on the island once Castro is gone. How about for once you know-it-alls shut up and permit us to speak for ourselves about this issue?
On the day Castro dies the Cuban exiles will do nothing - other than celebrating in the knowledge that this tyrant can never kill another Cuban again. Other than this we will do nothing. The ball is in your court Cuban citizens. We did not make the mess that you live in. We avoided and escaped it. Ultimately, you have been lied to and cheated by your own government that still attempts to force a failed socialist economic system down your throats. Why accept this fate when we promise you the following once you kick the tyrants from power and ask your brothers for a hand up:
1. We promise not to put one family out of their house once Castro is gone and will give Cubans something Castro never did - a title of ownership. Your new government will decide who from the old regime will be excepted from this.
2. We promise to bring over a billion dollars in aide immediately when you can vote for your representatives in government.
3. Tens of thousands of exiles will immediately travel to Cuba to personally work to improve Cuba. I will be there to lend my sweat equity to this effort.
4. We promise to support legalized private wealth creation and ownership. You will never again be forced to toil for the state at 50 cents a day.
5. We will give all foreign owned property like hotels to the Cuban workers and ban the former owners from coming to Cuba again to use beaches and other things that regular Cubans were banned from.
We are going to bring you so many marvelous things like cars, electronics and regular consumer goods like toilet paper! What are you waiting for Cubanos? Look...if you follow my economic plan, which by no means is the American model per se, you will very quickly build a broad, wealthy middle class of self reliant Cubans. In fact, you will be more wealthy than the average American very soon. What are you waiting for. You have my word.
Castro's Matt Liar
Did Raul Castro get some video of Matt Liar having sex with a little boy or something? I wondered because Matt Liar really came through for Castro this morning in Havana. He reminded me why I haven't watch network news in a long while. On this broadcast they said there was a "blockade" of Cuba by the US. It may be news to Matty but there IS NO BLOCKADE OF CUBA!!!!! Americans are not responsible for the low pay of Cubans. How can you make wealth when it is illegal to do so privately? Let me give Matty an example of how economics works in Cuba. For every geologist Raul supplies to Sherritt International for their mining operation in Cuba, Sherritt pays Raul $2000 per month. Then Raul pays the geologist $20 or $30 per month and pockets the difference. So how does this make America responsible for low Cuban wages.
Matty Liar also babbled the lie about Cuba having good health care widely available to the Cuban people. Talk to my Cuban friend Maria about that. When she was a teenager she was held down in a dentist chair while choking on her own blood to have her tonsils removed - without anesthetic. And since then Cuba's health care has gotten much worse.
Liars like Matty must be put on the black list. He must go on the list with all the apartheid tourists, foreign investors and others who help to impoverish and imprison the Cuban people. Once the Castro regime collapses in the very near future people like Matty Liar must be banned from traveling to Cuba for the rest of his miserable life!

Kuban Keystone Kop Medical Care
There is plenty of evidence of how the "amazing" Cuban medicine operates if only Matt and NBC were to look. Read what happened to this poor tourist bastard before he finally died. The article talks about the facility a mile away where he could have been saved. But regular Cubans are not permitted at that facility and must use the clinic where the tourist died needing medical care.
"They finally decided to cut into his side to drain his lung, with no anaesthetic. They tried to insert a tube into him but it didn't fit . . . A doctor then picked up another from the floor and tried that. All the time an old lady was on her hands and knees mopping up the blood."
