Where's Obama's Footprint

How come the birth document that CNN showed this morning supposedly proving Obama was born in Hawaii didn't have a footprint on it. Everybody gets a footprint. If that paper is the best CNN can do to alleviate my doubts that Obama is not a Manchurian candidate born outside America and otherwise unqualified Constitutionally for the presidency then they wasted time and creating more questions.

Where's the footprint?
