Just a note to let you know that I've made contact with Congressman Sarbanes about the logistics of removing the embargo and replacing it with targeted tariffs that will punish the regime but not the Cuban people. I'll keep you posted on any progress.

By the way Congressman Sarbanes has been very helpful and cordial.
Just letting you know that in today's El Nuevo Herald they actually stated that king castro I has been suffering from an intestinal crisis or "crisis intestinal", downright funny at this time in the game.
