Killcastro's Plan Has Regime Rattled
The US is building some kind of permanent housing on Guantanamo for those Cubans fleeing Raul's tyranny. Hopefully this will be a foothold for freedom on the island and is has Castro's ghost writer crying like an old woman for the regime. The ghost writer is actually complaining that the US wants to give part of the area back to Cubans. Whose side is Raul on? Evidently he is against the US giving some of Cuba back to Cubans if they are free.

This is good news, now all they have to do is turn Guantanamo over to us
Certainly they could turn over the vast majority of the area and still have room for the little base. Then these free Cubans could go about making food and water which the base could benefit from. I think Dick Chaney must have taken a good look at the plan and say, "Goddammit! That plan of Killcastro is goddamn brilliant idea! Goddammit get George on the phone right now. Hello...George. Dick here. We need to give back part of Guantanamo to the Cubans. Never mind why... I'll tell you later why but it's a goddamn brilliant idea!"
