Economic Collapse vs Wealth Creation

You've been getting financial advice from liars, scoundrels and other big media. Hopefully now you can clearly see the result of that folly. But fear not amigos! Tomas is here to explain the problems and to offer solutions. I'm talking about basic stuff that most never give a thought to but topics that are vital nonetheless. For example "wealth." What is it and how the heck can we get some more of it? Hint: Watch the very short video below.

After watching wouldn't it be wise to send this link to your friends and family so that they too will know what's going wrong and how to fix it? Sorry but that's how the Internet works. Do you think big media will explain these kind of things to you?

Land Value Tax positives:

Prevents land hoarding

Economically sensible to only possess as much land as you can put into productive use and no more.

Eliminates Real Estate speculation

Eliminates one main cause of the boom bust economic cycles (the other component being Federal Reserve fiat money inflation).

Stabilize home and business values

Cause a construction boom as under used urban properties are brought into production creating or storing wealth

Eliminates most homelessness

Stops urban sprawl by taking the pressure off to build outward because there is so much current under used urban land that would come into production.

Impossible to evade and easy to collect.

Impossible to hide the cost of tax to the individuals.

Explosive economic growth as humans are freed from the cost and time for complying with the old tax systems.

Reduces crime and decadence as the vast majority of humans could fend for themselves economically speaking.

Would build a growing wealthy middle class that could increase their wealth holdings everyday.

Removes tax filing requirement for farmers so they can use the time to grow us more food.

Allows long term neighborhood residents that are now income tax interest deductioned out of their home to buy up and keep the deduction, to stay put.

Most government we have now would be completely unnecessary and obsolete.

These are the things I can think of right off the top of my head. There is more and no bad aspects unless you are a slumlord or Real Estate speculator. You're ot are you?

Very good one Tomás, I am trying to finalize the translation of the proposal that we talked about, if only we could hook up with a wealthy patriot that would be willing to provide the means to distribute it in pocket form in Cuba, it would go a long way towards giving our oppressed brothers & sisters hope and desire for self-determination, one would have to be a communist to reject such a solid economic plan and its certain results. Regards to the family.

We'll put it up on the Internet buddy. Don't worry. The Cubans will find it.
