Let entrepreneurs into Cuba, keep the tax low and watch the economic explosion happen. Whenever there are more jobs than workers the wages and benefits are driven upward. That's because entrepreneurs compete for a limited supply of workers. Those who lose the competition will not be as successful because they can't grow without more laborers. Finally, the first modern society on the planet will be populated by people who are neither slaves to the pharaohs of industry nor government. Cuban workers will have the best job security in the world!

I am very anti-castro and even anti opening up pleasure tourism to cuba for americans, HOWEVER, it is evident from your post and the post of Jose. A. that you guys have NEVER been to cuba and have no contacts on the island (just stuck in the miami ideological spin).

99 percent of Cubans value all types of foreign investment and tourists (b/c they realize without it, they would starve). A few robberies does not mean that cubans don't like the aprtheid system - NO LESS than D. Republicans or Jamicans - there are huge gaps between comment Jamicans and foriegn tourists too.
I digress- the point 99 percent of cubans, while yes envious of the
rich foreign tourists, do NOT see them as "traitors" or as propping up the Castro regime. If anything, Cubans (on the isla) see tourists and all foreign investment the exact opposite way you are describing.. Get your ass to the island and learn jerk, before you pontificate about real cubans - of which 90 percent of Miami A-holes are not.
I talk to Cubans on the island everyday - they are starving idiot! Tourists only makes the Castro boys richer. We will crush tourism apartheid even if your bearded boss doesn't approve.
No Medicine either.
Thanks for letting us know here that it really bothers your regime horribly and that we should continue stopping tourism to Cuba until all Cubans benefit and not just your bosses and you. We're not done with you yet boy!

Thanks for the support guys. I'll bet the limousine liberal above doesn't have sugar water for breakfast everyday. Probably he is just ignorant and believes that Cuba's 19th century socialist economic system feeds people there but we know this to be painfully false. Worse, if this guy actually knows then he is a cruel beast for defending Raul.
Tomas the dude is a comemierda you see by his intellectualizing and misconstruing of facts. Mediocrity at its best.
They are in the despirate time now. They are shaking all over!
And I think Jose is a real decent guy for giving your apartheid supporting tourists the heads up instead of just letting you go to Cuba and get robbed and beaten - though many of you all could use a good beating I'll admit.
