Did Castro Start West Nile in U.S.?

Cuban defectors have testified that Castro hates America so much that his bio-warfare scientists developed the strain of West Nile virus that they infected birds with which they would release near the US to start the infection. Have we been under biological warfare attack for years and not even realized it? Once Castro is gone the truth will reveal itself.
