Perhaps BILT.COM has some intelligence connection. Does this site spread untrue information? This picture has been doctored to hide the fact that the government does not want you to know how good their little scan machines work.
They claim they will scramble the images so no one can identify the nude victims. You have to have scrambled brains if you believe anything the scoundrels assert now.
Besides, as I have proven - what can be scrambled can be unscrambled.
