The True Picture Regarding Airport Body Scanners
Have you seen this woman? She appears to have jewelry on her right nipple and belly button. She appears healthy, with nice breasts and some camel toe apparent. Certainly this woman was promised her identity would not be compromised and these personal bits about her would not be exposed. Now that this notion is history, I bet she'll want to sue the hell out of the government. Don't you think?

Scanning will make you no safer. However, the fools and scoundrel who let the bomber on the plane without a passport will be able to identify you whether or not you are wearing cloths.

Yes I did because it is apparent. Scanners won't make us safer, just easier to control. Did you know the "security" people let that nut on the plane with no passport? How would scanners stop that?

Sorry but this is fake. That's a regular naked picture of a woman - the varied positioning of her arms clearly shows that the clothed and unclothed image are two separate photographs.
You shouldn't spread lies about a topic this serious at such a sensitive time.
Sorry Martin you are wrong. The fact is all the pictures I found on a Google search of airport scan examples were doctored and over exposed in shall we say "key" areas. This was just the lousiest job they did of hiding the fact that these scanners are way more accurate than they are admitting.
How the pictures were prepared you'll have to ask the TSA and other government officials who produced then released them.

No matter. Here is what anyone with Photoshop can do before they yank all the scanner examples available within a Google search cause the jigs up. Drag the pic to your desktop, import any of them into Photoshop then rasterize and then turn down the exposure. They all improve in quality. They have all been doctored by the government officials issuing them some by just over exposure. Some they actually draw a long darkened box to cover the male genital area of an apparently lucky gentlemen.
SO I REPEAT THESE SCANNERS WILL SHOW YOU BUCK NAKED!

By the way, thousands of people have seen this picture and the numbers continue to grow. Sooner or later this picture will find it's way to this young naked women. Then I have a good idea we'll find out how these pictures were generated and by WHOM...

You are absolutely right. The government over exposed the example. I photoshopped the exposure back down. We can debate forever if the two women are the same. Yes I saw this page and I don't think they look anything alike.
But that is the crux of the issue. The point is you will be absolutely identifiable by these scans and the government is asserting that you will not.
So forget about side issues and look at these questions:
1. Do people believe the scanners won't have this ability to scan us as we appear exactly and make us easily identifiable from the scan?
2. If people acknowledge that the machines do have this capability which it appears they possess, what is to prevent the government from storing this information along with our personal data?
I agree with your point, all I'm saying is that using this picture is going to hurt the debate because there is question on its validity.
Pretty sure there will be better examples (leaked by security staff) in the future though.

Either this picture is real of fake the alarming thing is that Body scanners affects badly to health, their radiations cause cancers and other vulnerable diseases. But I am agree to you that yes they scan and spread.
