Some 9/11 Hijackers Still Living

Why do some of the guys our government said rammed planes into the Twin towers keep turning up alive? Wasn't it amazing how fast after the planes hit the towers that the MSM was showing the culprits on TV? One suspect still living lost his passport while traveling in Denver.
