Let entrepreneurs into Cuba, keep the tax low and watch the economic explosion happen. Whenever there are more jobs than workers the wages and benefits are driven upward. That's because entrepreneurs compete for a limited supply of workers. Those who lose the competition will not be as successful because they can't grow without more laborers. Finally, the first modern society on the planet will be populated by people who are neither slaves to the pharaohs of industry nor government. Cuban workers will have the best job security in the world!

Tomas, Gorki is the reason why they say fidel is not improving. His two asses work overtime anytime he thinks of the song Comandante!
Lets hope Gorki gives the Castro boys the runs right off the island!
Tomas, Gorki's songs are the anthems of the youth in Cuba... Imagine that, people humming "no comas tanta pinga comandante" everywhere. Buses, offices, parks, in front of the police, everywhere!
That shows one thing...the people are losing their fear. When enough of the people have lost their fear do you know what they become?
A mob...
So Raul walks a tight rope balancing selective repression with appeasement. But do not employ enough repression to inflame the mob, Raul. Exercise your authority but don't miscalculate. The mob will set on you and rip you to pieces. That may be a chance you're willing to take. But what if once they finish with you they go for your family?
